Chris Brown

Chris Brown is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at StoneAge Waterblast Tools since October 2025. Prior roles include serving as a Recruiter II at Los Alamos National Laboratory from March 2023 to October 2025 and as a Recruiting & Retention Specialist at Rinchem Company from March 2015 to March 2023. Chris has a background in management as evidenced by positions at Volt, including Branch Manager and Manager of Delivery. Early career highlights include managing infrastructure funding projects with the New Mexico Finance Authority and serving as a Project Manager at the New Mexico State Personnel Office. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the UNM Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The University of New Mexico.
