Erik Eisenstein

Erik Eisenstein serves as the Managing Director/Senior Legal Counsel and Senior Bank Analyst at StoneCastle Partners since February 2007, where responsibilities include transaction law, covering over $9 billion in community and regional bank investments, developing proprietary algorithms for bank grading, and leading due diligence strategies. Previously, Erik held positions as an Adjunct Lecturer at the City University of New York, Vice President/Equity Analyst at Morgan Keegan, Equity Analyst at Criterion Research Group LLC, Senior Industry Analyst at Standard & Poor’s, Assistant Regional Underwriting Manager at AIG, and Associate at Picciano & Scahill, P.C. Erik holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a JD from Duke University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
