Jim Gray is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry, currently serving at Stonegate Group since June 2010 as Operations Manager for Craft Union. Throughout a successful career, Jim has managed diverse business operations, achieving recognition as Divisional Area Manager of the Year for four consecutive years from 2015 to 2018. With a focus on sales and profit growth, Jim has developed management teams through innovative learning methods and successfully executed division projects, overseeing site investments exceeding £1 million. Previously, Jim held the position of General Manager at Town & City / Laurel / Yates's, where profitable operations and guest service excellence were prioritized, and had early experience as Hotel Manager at First Choice Holidays. Jim possesses several qualifications, including an MSc and Post Graduate Diploma in Multi-unit Leadership & Strategy from Birmingham City University, complemented by a Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching & Mentoring from ILM City & Guilds London and a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University.
