Laura Devane is currently the Head of Product Governance for Group Investment Management at Stonehage Fleming, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Head of Product Risk, Governance & Reporting at Handelsbanken from 2024 to 2025 and as Director of Product Governance at HSBC from 2018 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Laura worked as Group Head of Governance at Lombard International Group from 2021 to 2023, where they closely collaborated with the Group CEO to manage senior executive committees and developed a comprehensive governance framework. Laura’s experience also includes a role as Associate in Structured Products at HSBC Private Bank from 2005 to 2008. They earned a BA Hons 2:1 in History from the University of Exeter between 1997 and 2000.
