Ross Gray

Ross Gray is currently the Director of Infrastructure & Economics at Stonehaven, where they leverage their expertise in strategy and investment. They previously served as a Senior Adviser at No 10, steering capital and investment strategies, and as the Head of Spending and Strategy at HM Treasury, managing a £20bn budget. Ross began their career in investment banking at Greenhill & Co., advising clients on M&A and corporate strategy, and has held various roles across government, focusing on sectors integral to private sector investment, including energy and innovation. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Imperial College London.
