Nick Baer

Nick Baer's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Stonehill, a direct hospitality lender. In this role, they are responsible for providing creative finance solutions for hotel acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancing, repositions, and renovations. Before joining Stonehill in March 2021, Nick worked as a Senior Vice President at HVS from December 2020 to March 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle's Hotels & Hospitality Group from May 2007 to July 2020.

Nick Baer attended The University of Georgia from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate.
