Sam Witner

Sam Witner is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate at Peachtree Group since June 2021, with a progression of roles including Senior Investment Analyst, Investment Analyst, and Asset Management Analyst. Prior to this, Sam gained valuable experience at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Career Peer within University Career Services and as a Morehead House Porter for the Morehead-Cain Foundation. Additional internships include a Corporate Finance Intern position at Greystar and an internship at Linville Team Partners. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, complemented by study abroad experiences at IE University and Centro Universitario EUSA.
