Cassidy has held various roles, including Lead Instructional Designer at USA Girl Scouts Overseas and Education Development Coordinator at PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America, where they managed e-learning projects and implemented adult learning theories. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at ATD San Antonio, Cassidy focuses on advancing technology enablement for learning professionals. They earned a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Educational Technology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and have extensive experience guiding training initiatives across diverse organizations.
