Jon Gutzmann

Jon Gutzmann is the team manager and principle architect at Stoneridge Software. Jon has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry and specializes in Dynamics AX.

Jon started their career at HSO in 2013 as a Dynamics AX consultant. Jon led the AX2012 upgrade project for manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain departments for a customer with six manufacturing locations and over 500 AX users. Jon also supported existing customers by providing training and troubleshooting in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, master scheduling, and reporting.

In 2014, Jon joined Sikich as a Sr. Dynamics AX Functional/Technical Consultant. Jon authored an app for synchronizing data from SalesForce.com to Dynamics 365 and created an app for reconciling expense data from Concur.com to Dynamics 365. Jon also led functional and technical support to full scope AX 2012 implementations, including fit-gap analysis, functional design, technical design, development, documentation, and go-live support. In addition, Jon developed post go-live improvements and customizations to AX 2012, designed production scheduling processes for a specialty composite manufacturing company that improved on-time deliveries by 25%, analyzed system performance and reduced processing time of MRP and scheduling by over 50%, and supplied on-demand customer support to Solution Partner clients.

Jon has been with Stoneridge Software since 2018 and currently manages a team of software consultants while also serving as the principle architect. In this role, they are responsible for the overall architecture of the software solutions delivered by Stoneridge Software.

Jon Gutzmann has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of South Dakota and a BS from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Jon also has certification from Microsoft in Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics AX Development Introduction (AX7), Microsoft Dynamics AX Distribution and Trade (AX7), Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Process Manufacturing Production and Logistics, MIcrosoft Dynamics AX 2012 Trade and Logistics, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Introduction to Development.
