Jason Spoon

Jason Spoon has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles at Stoneridge, Inc., beginning as a Machine Operator in 1996 and progressing through various positions, including Administrative Assistant and Area Supervisor. Jason has served as a Human Resources Assistant since 2013 and currently holds the position of Senior Human Resources Representative since 2017. Responsibilities have included data analysis, problem-solving, employee management, and facilitating labor gathering techniques. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The Ohio State University, obtained between 2007 and 2013.
