Staci Brown

Staci Brown, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Representative at Stoneridge since December 2014. Responsibilities include managing leave of absence, absenteeism, ADA compliance, insurance and benefits, compensation, unemployment, and wellness programs. Previous roles at Stoneridge involved direct hourly recruiting, contract labor administration, and HR support for specific business units. Prior to this, Staci was a Human Resource and Payroll Administrator at APRN Corporation, where skills in policy development for automated payroll systems were honed, along with experience as a Central Scheduling Coordinator. Staci began the HR career as an intern at St. Anne Mercy Hospital, providing administrative support to HR staff. A graduate of The University of Toledo, Staci holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management.
