Tamara Brown

Tamara Brown has over 10 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2017, they became the Regional Sales Manager at Stoneside Blinds & Shades, where they are responsible for hiring and building a successful team of design consultants. Drawing from the principles of the Sandler Selling System, Tamara works with their designers on consultative selling techniques and provides weekly training and one-on-one coaching. In addition to this role, they also served as a Lead Design Consultant, mentoring, training, and developing the members of their sales team. Prior to this, Tamara worked as an Area Market Director at Jenny Craig, where they hired, on-boarded, and provided continued coaching to develop the skill of consultants. Before that, they were an Interior Designer/Project Manager at Interiors by Design Connection, a Nanny for a family with two children, and a Kindergarten Teacher at Early Start Pre-School and Daycare. Tamara also spent two years as a Middle/High School Teacher at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, WI.

Tamara Brown holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies/Education from the University of the Nations. In 2017, they obtained a RYT® 200 certification from the Yoga Alliance.
