Dave Lockerman

Dave Lockerman holds extensive experience in housing operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Director of Housing Operations at Stonewater since July 2018, Dave is a key member of the corporate senior directors group responsible for various housing services. Previously, Dave held the position of Customer Experience Director, overseeing housing operations across the southern region of England. Additional roles include Board Trustee at Pivotal Housing Association and Head of Housing and Support Services at Wellingborough Homes, leading a team of 40 staff in various housing portfolios. Earlier career highlights include positions at B3Living, Broxbourne Borough Council, and Dacorum Borough Council, where Dave developed expertise in anti-social behaviour management and customer service strategy. Dave's education comprises CIH Distance Learning and UNISON Open College qualifications.
