Jolene Walker

Jolene Walker has extensive experience in the housing sector, currently serving as the Strategic Lead for Employability & Volunteering and Customer Experience Manager at Stonewater since January 2015, following the merger of Jephson Housing Group and Raglan Housing. Prior to this role, Jolene worked at Jephson Housing Association Group from August 2004 to August 2015, where responsibilities included serving as Housing Services Officer, directly managing five housing officers, and overseeing budget expenditure. Jolene also played a key role in resident involvement initiatives, including the development of a Scrutiny Panel to enhance service accountability, as well as monitoring estate services, managing anti-social behavior cases, and engaging residents in decision-making processes. Education was pursued at the Chartered Institute of Housing Canada (CIH Canada).
