Mark Avery has extensive experience in technology leadership and engineering, currently serving as the Leader of Global Identity Engineering at StoneX Group Inc. since April 2021. Previously, Mark held positions as Director of Information Technology and Senior Technology Manager for the City of Atlanta from May 2019 to May 2021. Mark also founded and operated a private IT consulting company from May 2012 to March 2019. A significant tenure at Ultimate Software from 2008 to 2018 included roles such as Senior Manager for Infrastructure Architecture and Operations in Identity Access Management. Earlier career highlights include ownership of another consulting firm and various engineering roles at Collins & Aikman, Northern Michigan Hospital, Plunkett Cooney, and Roney & Company.
