Rod B. is an experienced engineering leader with a strong focus on Linux-based systems and infrastructure strategy. Currently serving as the Global Linux Engineering Manager at StoneX Group Inc. since July 2023, Rod leads the development and execution of the Linux engineering roadmap in a global trading environment. Previously, Rod held significant roles at Meta, including managing Production Engineering teams for internal container platforms, and at Angi, where Rod directed the migration of infrastructure to AWS. Rod's career also includes pivotal positions at Octane Lending, Gemini, and FXCM, demonstrating expertise in low-latency systems, containerization, and operational excellence across various tech environments. Educationally, Rod has pursued studies in Computer Science and Python data structures through platforms like Coursera and DataQuest.
