Rohan Harith

Rohan Harith has a varied and extensive work experience in the legal field. Rohan is currently the Head of Legal for the StoneX Group of companies across the Asia Pacific. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Core Legal for the Asia Pacific region at MUFG and held roles such as Director, Legal Counsel and Vice President, Legal Counsel at the same company. Rohan also worked as the Senior Vice President of Group Legal at DBS Bank and as the Vice President & Head of Group Legal at DBS Vickers Securities. Their earlier experience includes roles at HSBC Trustee (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Shook Lin & Bok Singapore, Yoong & Partners (Law Firm), Haarmann Hemmelrath / Arthur Loke Bernard Rada & Lee, and WongPartnership LLP.

Rohan Harith's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & History from the National University of Singapore in 1995, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bristol in 1998, a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from King's College London in 1999, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategy & Innovation from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Compliance, including an ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance from the International Compliance Association in 2019, and an ICA Certified Professional in Governance Risk and Compliance from the same institution in 2020. Rohan also pursued further education in the field of Fintech with the Oxford Fintech Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2018, and completed a Master of Science in Asset & Wealth Management with a specialization in Wealth Management at Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2024.
