Troy Mattern

Troy Mattern serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at StoneX Group Inc. since 2023 and is a Founding Member and Vice President of the Board for ChiBrrCon, a nonprofit focused on information security and technology. Previously, Troy held the position of VP for Products and Services Cybersecurity at Motorola Solutions, where a comprehensive security program was developed for a wide array of IT products and services. As VP of Global Security Operations at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Troy optimized the security technology stack, achieving significant cost savings. Additional roles include Chair of the Cyber Intelligence Task Force at the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, Technical Director for Cyber Intelligence at Carnegie Mellon University, and an Intelligence Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership efforts enhanced critical infrastructure protection and intelligence operations. Educational qualifications include a BA in Political Science from the University of Arizona and a Master's degree in Military Strategic Intelligence from American Military University.
