Gerry Murfitt is a seasoned professional in the startup and technology sectors, having graduated with an MBA and a Juris Doctor from the University of California. They began their career as a specialized startup lawyer at the renowned Venture Law Group in Silicon Valley and have since accumulated over a decade of experience at major firms, including Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. Currently, Gerry serves as a Judge and Mentor for Puerto Rico's leading startup accelerator program and is a Managing Partner at Venture Counsel Partners. Throughout their career, they have advised entrepreneurs, investors, and boards on a wide range of corporate matters, positioning themselves as a valuable asset in private company transactions.
