David Abotchie

David Abotchie has a wide range of experience in the cybersecurity field. David is currently working as a CloudSec Architect and President at StopAHack.com™. Prior to this, they served as a Cybersecurity Architect at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from 2019 to 2021. Before that, David worked as a Cybersecurity Manager at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center from 2015 to 2019. David also gained experience as a Cyber Military Reservist at the Massachusetts Air National Guard from 2010 to 2017.

David's previous roles include Information Technology Operations Engineer at Dell EMC from 2013 to 2015 and Cyber Security Engineer at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from 2012 to 2013. David also worked as a Cyber Engineer at Genworth and The Cadmus Group in 2012 and 2011 respectively. Before entering the civilian sector, David served in the United States Air Force as a Cyber - Active Duty from 2010 to 2011.

David's career began as a Security Officer at Boston Financial Data Services from 2006 to 2010. Overall, they have a strong background in cybersecurity with a diverse range of experiences in both government and private sector organizations.

From 2021 to 2023, David Abotchie attended Brown University, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity.
