STOP FAKE FOOD is determined to bring a trustable solution to the market to stop food crimes. Blockchain based Artificial Intelligence eco-system will enable new methods on how to stop food counterfeiting.

The difference in food crime industry can be achieved combining Raman spectrometry technology improvements and adoption of AI. By analysing the Raman spectrometry with a naked eye it is possible to identify only few major features of the sample. But adding AI analysis, the system becomes a game changer. 

Our experts are using Machine Learning to train Artificial Neural Networks to analyse the Raman spectra by feeding huge amo unts of such verified data samples (scans) into the AI. With time AI established between similar scans and start identifying trends. It becomes smarter and smarter. Once the library of the data will be big enough, it will be possible to tell very precisely, what kind of product was scanned f.e. is it an olive oil from Italy or Morocco; what is the percentage of beef in the product or does it have any other supplements (like horse meat).
