Eric Munoz

Eric Munoz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate and labor law. Currently serving as the Legal & HR Director at Stora Enso France since April 1999, Eric oversees the legal affairs of the sales network, focusing on competition compliance, contract drafting, and commercial disputes in both French and English. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Legal Counsel at STORA ENSO OYJ, handling corporate marketing and sales, as well as acquisition projects and foreign joint ventures. Eric began a legal career as a Legal Intern at ArcelorMittal, focusing on intellectual property rights and financial management. Academic credentials include a degree in law with a focus on European and business law from the University of Helsinki and a Master’s degree in Business Law from CY Cergy Paris Université.
