Lars Ericson

Lars Ericson is the VP Sales White Kraftliner at Metsä Board, where they lead and develop the global sales organization with a focus on sustainability and customer experience. Prior to this role, Lars served as Director of Sales Excellence and held various VP positions at Stora Enso, where they drove commercial excellence and facilitated significant transformations within the business unit. Lars achieved all-time highs in turnover and profitability while also acting as Head of Containerboard during a critical organizational merge. Lars holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Uppsala University and completed the Sustainable Innovation Program at Novare Leadership Academy.
