Luis Li

Luis Li has a strong background in project management, with experience in various industries. Luis worked as a Project Director at Sadora Systems starting in 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Asia Pulp & Paper Co. Ltd from 2015 to 2018. From 2011 to the present, Luis has been working at PEC-Tech, initially as a Project Manager and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager of Dumai Power Plant in Indonesia. Luis has managed large-scale projects with investments exceeding USD 80 million. Before joining PEC-Tech, Luis was a Project Manager at Eka Chemicals, responsible for overseeing multiple chemical plant projects in China. Luis started their career at Tiger Forest&Paper Ltd as the Head of the Engineering Department, where they played a key role in managing a significant bleached kraft pulp project. Overall, Luis Li has extensive experience in project management, overseeing project planning, engineering, construction supervision, and commissioning.

Luis Li completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pulp and Paper Making from the Dalian Institute of Light Industry between 1997 and 2001. In 2005, they also worked as a Visiting Scientist at the Pulp and Paper Research Institute of Canada (PAPRICAN) in Montreal, Canada, focusing on research in paper-making.
