Ida Olson

Ida Olson is a Software Engineer at Storable, with previous experience as a Back-End Engineering Mentor and student at the Turing School of Software & Design, where Ida gained expertise in OOP, data structures, and TDD while engaging in remote collaboration. Ida served on the Student Leadership Committee, facilitating cohort retros and fostering community engagement. Prior to transitioning into software engineering, Ida spent over a decade as a Secondary Library Media Specialist at Laramie County School District #1, where significant contributions included implementing a one-to-one iPad program and resolving numerous technical support issues. Ida holds a Backend Software Engineering Certificate from the Turing School, a Master of Education in Secondary Education from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and French from Mount Holyoke College.
