Russell Pate

Russell Pate has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2022 to the present, they have been working at Storable as the Director of Compliance and Legal Counsel. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they were the Market Conduct Officer at McGriff, where they managed regulatory compliance for a range of insurance operations. Before that, from 2014 to 2018, they worked at Rheem Manufacturing as the Regulatory Affairs Manager, overseeing compliance with energy use regulations and safety standards for appliances. From 2010 to 2014, they held multiple roles at Southern Company, including Compliance Counsel and Senior Engineer in Regulatory Affairs. Lastly, from 2008 to 2010, they worked at Tom Joiner and Associates, Inc. as a Project Manager and In-House Counsel, primarily focusing on environmental remediation projects.

Russell Pate attended Mississippi State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biological/Biomedical Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the University of Mississippi, earning a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from 2005 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Russell obtained the following: Property and Casualty Insurance Producer from the Alabama Department of Insurance in October 2019, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in August 2013, Engineer [Intern] from the Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in September 2009, and Attorney And Counselor from the Alabama State Bar in April 2009.
