Sarah Hoctor

Sarah Hoctor currently serves as the Team Lead for Implementation at Storable since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah held multiple positions at CallPotential, including Customer Success Manager - Onboarding, from July 2020 to January 2024. Sarah's lengthy experience at ISI spanned from June 2005 to May 2020, where responsibilities included Director of Implementation and Renewals, Project Manager, Customer Account Manager, and Customer Support Level 1. During time at ISI, Sarah successfully managed teams and projects, ensuring high customer retention and effective resource allocation. Sarah is a graduate of St. Francis High School with a diploma earned in 2002.
