Seth Bent is the founder and CEO of StoreLine Self Storage, a technology and automation enabled self-storage management platform. Early in their career, they worked as a banking associate in Chicago before transitioning into the self-storage industry with the National Self-Storage Group of Marcus & Millichap and MJ Partners. In 2013, they founded Red Dot Storage, growing it from a single location to over 170 properties across 16 states, while raising $500 million in equity and debt. Since 2020, Bent has also led Storage Exchange, aiming to enhance transparency and efficiency in self-storage transactions. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
