Chris Mara

Chris Mara has extensive work experience in the field of business intelligence and consulting. Chris began their career in 1992 as a Programmer/Analyst at MCI and worked there until 1997. Following that, they held various consulting roles at Clarus Corporation, Rightworks, and e-gatematrix. From 2005 to 2007, Chris served as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Aculix before joining Kronos as an Analytics Consultant from 2007 to 2010. Chris then worked as a Principal Consultant at Intellinet from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Chris joined Storage Post as the Director of Business Intelligence, where they contributed their expertise until their employment details are unknown.

Later on, in 2018, Chris assumed the role of Senior Business Intelligence Architect at FirstKey Homes and held this position until June 2019.

With their extensive experience and diverse roles, Chris Mara has acquired a broad understanding of the business intelligence field and demonstrated their capability in driving strategic insights and making data-driven decisions.

Chris Mara completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Iona University, from 1990 to 1992. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Business Intelligence from Saint Joseph's University. Furthermore, Chris Mara has acquired several additional certifications throughout their career. Chris obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020. In May 2019, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. Chris also holds Microsoft certifications, including MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Administration obtained in April 2017 and MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014 earned in January 2016. Chris has further certifications as a Nintex RPA Practitioner from Nintex in December 2019 and as an Academy Accreditation - Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals from Databricks in December 2022. Additionally, they obtained two specializations from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI): the Commercial Real Estate Finance Specialization in November 2022, and the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Specialization in January 2023.
