Benjamin Harris is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate and investment management. As the Founder and CEO of Pinedale Capital Partners since February 2021, and the Head of Rockpoint Industrial, Harris has also served as a Board Member for Outerspace and a Member of the Board of Directors for both Sonida Senior Living and StorageVault. Prior roles include CEO at Link Logistics Real Estate and President of Gramercy Property Trust, where Harris played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a prominent industrial REIT. Harris's earlier career includes leading US Net Lease Investments at Annaly Capital Management and managing US Investments at W. P. Carey & Co. LLC. Educational credentials include dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics from the University of King's College and Dalhousie University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
