Utsav Rawal is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a System Admin/Support - IT Level 3 at StorageVault Canada Inc. since February 2018, where application support and incident resolution for over 250 enterprise sites have been provided, achieving a 99.9% uptime. Utsav has also built a Global Score framework for real-time analysis of KPIs while working as a Real Time Analyst, delivering performance dashboards that support data-driven decisions for senior leadership. Previous experience includes roles as a Real Time Analyst and Supervisor at Transcom, where KPI dashboards and staffing allocations significantly improved SLA adherence.
