Russell Jay

Russell Jay is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management. Currently serving as an Operation Support Engineer at Stord since September 2021, Russell has effectively bridged communication between engineering, operations, and customer experience while providing technical support for order management systems and warehouse management systems. Previous roles include serving as the DC Manager for Fulfillment Works, LLC, where Russell opened the first 3PL on the west coast, and as West Coast DC General Manager at Seven Bridges Supply. Russell's career also includes leadership positions at Contec Holdings, GENCO, Anderson Merchandisers, Pepsi Bottling Ventures, and JC Penney, showcasing a robust background in managing startups, operations, and logistics across various sectors.
