Chris McCoy

Chris McCoy is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and community-driven initiatives. As Co-Creator of STORE since May 2017, Chris has redefined cloud computing by merging traditional services with public blockchains to offer AI-powered resources governed by a global user community. Chris founded Footprint in November 2015, focusing on the convergence of energy, computing, payments, social dynamics, and decentralization, with STORE serving as a research and development arm. Additionally, Chris has led Data4America since June 2015, a nonpartisan initiative aimed at enhancing policy understanding through data and dialogue. Previous ventures include the creation of YourSports, a social network for sports history, and I Love Baseball Foundation, which envisions an economy where college athletes do not require formal education. Chris's entrepreneurial journey began with PitchSmarter, a baseball instruction company, and included a leadership role as National President of DECA, Inc. Chris holds a degree in Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercial Real Estate Development from the University of Washington, obtained between 2002 and 2010.
