Michael Hatalla has a substantial work experience history. Michael began their career in 1994 as the Director of Technical Support and Customer Support at PSINet, where they developed customer service programs for various internet offerings and managed three call centers. In 2001, they moved to Cogent Communications as the Director of Technical Support and Customer Service, leading a team in supporting and migrating customers onto the Cogent network. Afterward, in 2003, they became the Director of Technology at SteadfastIT, where they remained until 2019. Presently, they hold the position of Director of Information Technology at Stored Technology Solutions Inc., where they previously served as a Senior Technology Consultant.
