Bashar Layoun began their work experience in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant at Mahmoud Wajih Alali Trading, where they were responsible for preparing and maintaining purchasing records, establishing contract terms, and resolving discrepancies. In 2016, they joined AD Plus Agency as a Digital Marketing Assistant, working with suppliers for paid media services. In 2020, Bashar worked at WebFaster as a Digital Marketer, implementing growth hacking automation, social media strategies, and A/B testing to drive website traffic and increase followers on Instagram and connections on LinkedIn. In the same year, they also worked as a Growth Marketer at Yogalive, utilizing Facebook Ads and Google Ads to enhance awareness and acquisition. Currently, Bashar is an Inside Sales & Customer Success Manager at Storefront, where they qualify leads, builds a business pipeline, creates workflows and reports using HubSpot and Salesforce, and seeks new business opportunities through automation.

Bashar Layoun completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General at IUST from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Digital Marketing & CRM at IÉSEG School of Management, where they studied from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Bashar also obtained certifications in Social Media and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in 2020.
