Idan Kloper

Idan Kloper has a diverse work experience in various industries. Idan served as the Head of Delivery in the PM department at StoreNext Technologies starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Shapir Civil and Marine Engineering Ltd. as a Command and Control Manager on a major O&M project with the Israel Ministry of Defense from 2020 to 2021. Idan was responsible for requisitions, document control, risk management, and project scheduling. From 2018 to 2020, Idan was a Project Manager Team Leader at NGG Global Consulting Solutions, where they specialized in supply chain procurement, planning, and logistics for clients such as Be from shufersal, IDF navy, Samelet, Boogaboo, and Ambar. Earlier in their career, they worked at Elisra as a PMO System Analysis & Techniques, leading cross-company projects focused on operational excellence, supply chain analysis, and implementing KPI and BI systems. Idan also created the role of "Operational Integrator" to bridge the gap between business units and the supply chain. Prior to that, Idan worked as a Project Manager at Gomeh Solutions Ltd., where they were responsible for budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and operational improvement projects. In 2016, they served as an Integration Manager at Sociedad Española de Montajes Industriales, overseeing a 500M€ project to modify railway trucks in Israel. Idan was responsible for requisitions, logistics, schedule management, coordinating with parallel projects, and managing a team of 12 employees.

Idan Kloper attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in System Information.
