Katarina Dakovic

Katarina Dakovic has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership, currently serving as Kundansvarig väst and Konsultchef at Storesupport since October 2021. Prior to this role, Katarina held multiple positions at Sitel Group, including Teamledare, HR-generalist, and Quality coach, contributing from September 2015 to October 2021. Previous experience includes a sales role at Telia Company from March 2010 to August 2015 and retail positions at ICA Gruppen from June 2006 to July 2011. Katarina also worked as a hairdresser at Danijel Scott between June 2009 and March 2010. Educational qualifications include studies at Burgården utbildningscentrum from 2006 to 2009 and ongoing education with COPC Inc since 2017.
