Storia Therapy is a virtual psychotherapy practice providing a trauma-informed space for adolescents and adults to navigate mental health challenges, heal from trauma, and reclaim their stories. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression, offering a supportive environment where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

My approach is client-centered and integrates evidence-based modalities tailored to each person’s unique needs. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a powerful tool for processing trauma and reducing distress.

With the flexibility of virtual therapy, I make mental health support accessible, allowing clients to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own space. Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or growth, I’m here to support you on your journey.
