André Curfs has worked in the metal industry since 2000, starting as a conventional machinist and advancing to a CNC machinist. They transitioned into assembly work, rapidly developing into a working foreman and obtaining a pipefitting certification. André's diverse experience includes roles as a technical manager, construction manager, and team leader, managing both pipefitters and welders during the fabrication and installation of new projects. Currently, they serve as a Construction Manager for Ta & Projects at Bilfinger. André has completed several relevant educational programs, including a diploma in technical management from Arcus.
