Neil Davidson

Neil Davidson possesses extensive experience in offshore management and scaffolding within the oil and gas industry. Commencing a career at Aker McNulty as a Scaffold Inspector and progressing to Scaffold Foreman, Davidson later joined Cape plc, holding various positions from Scaffold Audit Facilitator to Senior Site Representative and Offshore Delivery Lead, while effectively managing projects such as BP's £700m ADD Project. At Cape plc, Davidson coordinated multi-discipline teams, overseeing the safe execution of works and ensuring compliance with standards at BP's Clair Ridge and Magnus platforms. Most recently, Davidson served as Services Team Lead at Stork, effectively overseeing offshore operations at the Mariner Alpha production unit.
