Philip Cox

Philip Cox, CSM, currently serves as the Director of HSE for Intel Ocotillo at Fluor Corporation, a role held since September 2018. With extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, Philip has been a Senior Manager for HSE, Quality, and Training at Stork, a Fluor company, since September 2014, and has contributed to risk management as the Chairman of Enterprise Risk Management for the Boy Scouts of America since February 2009. Previous positions include Occupational Health, Safety & Customer Compliance Manager at Schlumberger and HSE Manager at Diamond Offshore, complemented by experience as an EMS instructor at Lamar Institute of Technology. Philip holds a degree in Emergency Medical Technology and another in Occupational Health and Safety, and has earned certifications as a Rope Access Technician and ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor. Education includes Harvard University, San Jacinto College, and Columbia Southern University.
