We are Storm Brand Consultants - a proudly independent, female-owned brand consultancy based in Leeds and London.

Because we look at the world through an equitable people lens, we believe many brands aren’t realising their full potential - and this is the gap that is fundamentally holding them back.
We call this The Connection Gap.
Our job is to find it, understand what’s driving it, and close it in a way that moves your business forward.

From brand strategy, identity and packaging to tone of voice, brand worlds and culture - we bring 30 years of expertise, a people-first approach and a distinctly human perspective to every brief. Our female ownership isn't a footnote. It's a commercial advantage for our clients.

People Create Energy. Energy Creates Storm.
