Lance Dunlay

Lance Dunlay has over 40 years of experience in the utility and damage assessment field. Currently serving as a Damage Assessor Engineering at Storm Services LLC since January 2019, Lance applies extensive expertise in evaluating damage and improving operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Lance worked at Duquesne Light Company for over 41 years, holding the title of Senior Lineworker, where significant skills in line maintenance and emergency response were developed.
