Bethan Williams is an experienced recruitment professional who founded Storm6 in July 2022, focusing on connecting specialist talent with businesses in the rapidly growing education technology sector. Prior to this, Bethan worked as a self-employed Recruitment Consultant, enhancing training and development programs for recruitment companies. With a background as Managing Principal at EPM Scientific, Bethan excelled in the Life Sciences space, achieving top billing and implementing successful sales processes. Additionally, Bethan held various sales management roles at EPM, significantly increasing team performance and revenue. Currently, as Vice President at Storm2, Bethan is dedicated to driving growth in the FinTech recruitment market. Bethan holds a degree from Loughborough University, awarded in 2022.
