Clare Cooper is a seasoned executive in the tech recruitment sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Storm3 since February 2021, where leadership focuses on growth, vision, and operational oversight of various divisions including Storm5, Storm6, and StormAI. As the Founder and CEO, Clare launched Storm3 with the goal of transforming the HealthTech talent marketplace. Prior experience includes a decade with Phaidon International, where Clare held multiple executive director roles, driving technology recruitment efforts across Europe and North America, and establishing a West Coast office in San Francisco. Clare began a career in administrative roles at the NHS and holds an MBA from The London School of Economics and Political Science, alongside ongoing studies in organizational leadership at Harvard Business School Online.
