Prior to this role, Sam had an extensive career at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., where they served in various positions, including Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Sr. Director of Sales for the Americas. Sam holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where they studied the theoretical foundations of information and computation.
