Will Darling

Will Darling has extensive experience in the rail industry, having worked in various engineering and management roles since 1989. From June 1989 to June 2009, Will was a Construction Engineer at Jarvis Rail. Will then served as Lead Engineer at Colas Rail UK from September 2012 to March 2015, followed by a role as Lead Engineer and Contractors Responsible Engineer (Track) at Network Rail High Output Track Renewals from March 2015 to March 2017, overseeing technical and engineering activities for the P/Way discipline. After serving as Director at William Darling Engineering Ltd from March 2017 to May 2021, Will became Track Engineering Manager at Story Contracting Limited in May 2021. Will also held the position of PTO at Balfour Beatty Rail from 1996 to 2001.
