Story Rehab was created in 2015, with a clear vision to set a new standard in the exercise rehabilitation sector.  Our exercise physiologists (EPs) are highly experienced rehabilitation specialists, that provide the empathy and care needed, to ensure optimal long-term outcomes.  The main areas of treatment consists of workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.  

Story Rehab EPs provide in-clinic consultations in Mermaid Beach, telehealth appointments and mobile exercise physiology, meaning treatment is performed in the clients' local communities, allowing ease of access and high levels of self-management.  Treatments can be performed in the clients' homes, local gyms or hydrotherapy pools.  This ensures high rates of long-term adherence for the exercise interventions.  Story EPs prescribe and implement tailored exercise rehabilitation programs, whilst addressing and treating the psychological needs of the patients.
