Daniel Schiekel has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Daniel began their career as a Communications Intern for streetfootballworld in 2010. Daniel then moved on to become a Youth Development Through Football Intern for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in 2011. In 2013, they joined Sinfonie GmbH & Co. KG as a Sales and Marketing Representative and Customer Care & Software Support. In 2020, they joined Storyclash as a Customer Success Manager and Marketing Manager.

Daniel Schiekel has a Bachelor of Arts in Nonprofit, Social and Health Care Management from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School\u00ae and studied Public Health, Nonprofit Management, and Leadership at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 2017, they obtained a Master of Science in Marketing and Sales from Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Weiterbildung Krems.
