Heather Maio-Smith is the Managing Director at Memory Workers and the Co-Founder, President, and Chief Visionary Officer at StoryFile, an interactive Conversational Video AI Platform. Heather has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Conscience Display from 2008 to 2018 and has exhibited work in Los Angeles, Cuba, and at The United Nations. As the concept creator and producer of New Dimensions in Testimony, Heather partnered with USC Shoah Foundation to develop a groundbreaking interview methodology that allows future generations to engage in conversations with Holocaust survivors. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History at San Diego State University, Heather's work emphasizes the importance of sharing, preserving, and learning from human experiences and has been featured in notable media outlets including NBC’s The Today Show and The New Yorker.
